The Conference feature allows up to 8 parties, including yourself, in a conversation. Two of the parties can be on outside lines (off campus).

  1. Call the first person
  2. After the first party answers, press FLASH button
  3. Dial next extension or telephone number (whether on or off-campus, use the regular dialing procedures)
  4. When voice contact is made with the 2nd extension, press CONF (OR FLASH * 4 if you do not have a CONF button) this will connect all parties.
  5. To add additional parties, follow steps 2 and 3 for each new party.

Please Note: To reconnect with conference if call is refused, busy, or isn't answered, press CONNECT

To drop the last added party: Press FLASH * * 4
