Students
The Conference feature allows up to 8 parties, including yourself, in a conversation. Two of the parties can be on outside lines (off campus).
- Call the first person
- After the first party answers, press FLASH button
- Dial next extension or telephone number (whether on or off-campus, use the regular dialing procedures)
- When voice contact is made with the 2nd extension, press CONF (OR FLASH * 4 if you do not have a CONF button) this will connect all parties.
- To add additional parties, follow steps 2 and 3 for each new party.
Please Note: To reconnect with conference if call is refused, busy, or isn't answered, press CONNECT
To drop the last added party: Press FLASH * * 4
