Lyrix-PeopleFind Voice Directory System

Lyrix PeopleFind is an automatic speech recognition tool for students, faculty and staff. This technology is provided by Lyrix, Inc., a leading provider of computer telephony solutions. PeopleFind offers a quick and easy way to call other students, faculty, staff, or departments without the need for a phone number. Simply say the person's name, or department name, and the call is connected!

PeopleFind uses your voice to confirm calls to you. PeopleFind has been preconfigured with some employees' name recordings from their previously recorded Voice Mail box. This assures callers that they are being connected to the correct employee and educates your callers on the correct pronunciation of your name.

You can access your profile by logging in to Lyrix, using an ID and password. Your user ID and password is your Bowdoin employee ID number - be sure to drop any leading 0's from your ID (e.g., ID 01234, simply use "1234"). Please take a moment to record your name in PeopleFind.
