- Pick-up your handset and dial 5000
- You will hear the phonemail system prompt: Hello, this is the phonemail system, if you are calling from your own extension, press enter, or #, if not enter your extension....
- Press #.
- Next, the system will prompt you for your password.
- Your first time password is 1 1 1.
- After you have entered that, press #
- You will then be asked to enter a new password.
- Your new password will need to be a minimum of four (4) digits long.
- Since this is your first time logging-in, the system will ask you to "Record your NAME". This is just your NAME, not the "Hi, I'm not in right now...." greeting. All you do is say your name.
- Now you are at Home State -- similar to a main menu on a computer system. Just follow the recorded prompts to receive your messages.
You will be notified of waiting messages by a flashing red light on your phone set along with a "broken" dialtone
