LISTEN (option 3)
Allows you to hear your messages. After each message, you are given the options to save, delete, or replay. You may also forward the message, reply directly to the sender's phonemail box, or be connected directly to the sender's telephone extension.
RECORD (think of as "SEND") (option 1)
Allows you to record then send a message to someone else's phonemail box or to phonemail distribution lists
ANSWERING OPTIONS (option 8)
Allows you to:
  • Record or change your personal greeting(s)
  • Change your answering mode to answer/not answer your telephone
  • Set/change your personal referral answer extension
  • Record your name header
MAILBOX OPTIONS (option 9)
Allows you to:
  • Set up personal distribution lists
  • Change the level of your phonemail prompts
  • Change your password
  • Change playback options (e.g., volume, speed of playback)
TRANSFER OUT/DISCONNECT (option 7)
Allows you to transfer back to the Bowdoin Main Menu.
