How to Log-In to Phonemail Away from Campus

  1. Dial 207-721-5000
  2. The phonemail system will prompt: Hello, this is the phonemail system, if you are calling from your own extension, press enter, or #, if not enter your extension....
  3. Enter your 4-digit extension, Press #.
  4. The system will prompt you for your password. Enter your password, press #.
  5. The recorded prompts will be the same as if you were calling from on campus – HOWEVER….If you have no messages waiting, you WILL NOT HEAR the prompt: "To listen to your messages….."
  6. Once finished listening to your message(s), it is VERY IMPORTANT to completely log out of phonemail —

    When you are back at "Home State" [you will hear the prompt, "To listen to your messages, Record a message…."] Press 7, Then 6 – this will log you out of phonemail and insure that you have completely disconnected your call to the system.
