Program a Redial Button

  1. Pick-up your handset and listen for dial tone
  2. Press the SET feature button on your phone
  3. Press the repdial button that is to be set (it will have an R1, R2, etc.)
  4. Key in the digits desired (including access codes - if programming an off-campus number, e.g., 8 for local*)

    *To enter a delay to allow time for processing (as in placing an off-campus call), press HOLD button after entering 8 or 9 for outside access. The delay in the sequence is 2 seconds for each time the HOLD button is pressed - this allows the system time to access an outside line.

  5. Hang up your handset

  2. Press Repdial Button
