On Campus Long Distance Calling Features for Personal Calls:

  • Students are automatically enrolled - if you did not receive a PIN please call the IT Student Help Desk at 721-5050 to request a long distance PIN.  If you do not remember your PIN or have questions about STC services or your account please contact  STC directly by calling x6377 (which forwards to their Customer Service line of 877-819-6377) or send email to: help@stcservices.com
  • Faculty and Staff can use their previously issued PINS, if you are new to Bowdoin, call the IT Help Desk at x3030 to request your PIN.
  • Intrastate and Interstate calls are only 5.5. cents per minute. International rates are lower than ever. Simply contact STC directly to sign up for your billing options.
  • To obtain rate information for International calling, contact STC directly by calling x6377 (which forwards to their Customer Service line of 877-819-6377) or send an email to: help@stcservices.com
  • Detailed bills are emailed directly to you and you can pay online. Contact STC directly by calling x6377 or send an email to help@stcservices.com to set up your billing option.
